Spent a nite at Le Meridien, KL Sentral yesterday. Ya, "breakaway" from KL to KL :P Nice hotel with superb view of KL... and the best part was having the room filled with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc from L'Occitane and Annick Goutal. ooh.. expensive stuff!



Dinner at Al Nafourah, fine Lebanese food... Ordered Tagine Samak which is a mix of fish and seafood. Very nice!! We were also entertained by a belly dancer, dancing around every table... and the dinner cost us RM400++ O_o!

I'm so pissed with the auntie at the dance studio today. Told me that I can pay per class (which is slightly more expensive) and if I attend all the classes in the month, I just need to pay the remaining sum according to the monthly fee amount. Today, I joined the advanced class, which is of the SAME AMOUNT of fee and she told me "No, u can't pay the remaining sum coz you're jumping from one class to another" I was like "WHAT?? Didn't you tell me that I can pay by class and by end of the month just pay the remaining sum??" The two classes' fee are the same! So what's the fuss?? She told me that my name is in the beginner's class and now I'm in advanced class.. so it's different! Ya, and what record you have there? It's all but just name on exercise book! An exercise book! It's not even computerised! So can't you just be more flexible??

I used to pay monthly coz I thought it'd be cheaper but the last month, during my dad's passing, I called to ask if I can transfer the fee to the next month since I only attended 1 class for the month and there are still 4 classes to go (usually a mth has 4 classes) and she said NO. She said if I know that I can't attend all classes for the month, I can pay by class. Ya.. as if I know my dad will pass away that month! FINE, I just drag myself to all other classes for the month!

But since now I know that there's such "flexibility", of course I'll pay per class, in case I've to skip one class again, RIGHT?? WRONG! You still have to pay extra! DAMN! If it's not because of my strong interest and the teacher, I'd have screwed her upside down and look for another studio!

Got an sms from 2ji saying that an ex-col, Udan just passed away after his 3rd operation, brain tumor. Unexpected... We never keep in touch since I left the company but he'll always be remembered as a chirpy guy. I still remember he once asked "You know who's the most dangerous driver around?" and guess what's the answer? "Wanita yang bertudung!" I never expect a malay guy to say that!



Sad for his son to have lost his father at such young age...

I was browsing IKEA yesterday to find a big box to store all my crafty materials and I stumbled upon this big "treasure" box! It's sooooo cute!!! Look at the plush-padlock!! So huge! I'm so dying to get this box but guess what? It's temporarily oversold... aarrgghh!! :(

Our living room now looks bare. The glass table broke last week coz one of the 3 "fishes" gave way last Sunday morning. Luckily we weren't having lunch/dinner there at that time or else it'll be a disaster! If you've been to my place, you would remember the double-layered glass table supported by 3 fishes.



The glass is too heavy, causing one tile to chip. Now, we've to cover that chipped tile with a sticker! Check out the gingerbread man lying or I should say sticking on the floor.. poor him.. he has to lie there day and night to protect us from being cut by the chipped tile.. my hero...

I don't know why... but yesterday's journey home seemed so long... I've been driving since the very first day I've my license. It's fun in the beginning to drive people around but after a while I feel tired to even drive myself around. Ya, it's much convenient to own a car and drive around to anywhere, anytime... but.. I don't know...

I'm tired of driving.. for no reason I'm stressed driving my friend and myself home yesterday...

I've sudden crave for ice-cream... since that day I extracted my wisdom tooth and the dentist asked me to eat ice-cream for better healing :P Tried New Zealand Natural ice-cream.. nice though a bit pricey for that tiny lil scoop and with a tiny cockroach lying on one of the flavors! Ya, it's still a cockroach and it's yucky, but I just "closed one eye" and chose my flavor... boysenberry! yummy...

Got myself a hip scarf for my dance class from chinatown today. It's RM39.90, considered cheap coz I saw some other places selling it for RM60-70+. No point getting expensive scarf since I'm just an amateur...
