It's 8:17pm now.. I'm still in the office testing a stupid functionality that the people just couldn't decide exactly what requirements to be in there! Arghhhh.. it's just so frustrating with the ever-changing requirements! Sometimes I really feel that we're being exploited in a way. The more we stay, the more "urgent" fixes to be done! They know our weakness that we will somehow complete it. Are we being too responsible? Or too stupid?

Last few days I received some cards from my distance friends. They made me smile.. I can really feel the warmth and closeness receiving something that can be seen and touched instead of receiving something online! Just a card to say hello is good enough to make your friends smile... Emails and e-cards.. no doubt they're convenient, but they're just not good enough.

Maybe sometimes we should go back to the old-fashioned ways of keeping in touch.. use pigeon maybe? haha.. wonder if it'll ever reach!

Is Blythe a must-have doll? Got to know this doll when I first joined back the company. My colleague told me that I look like this doll and I was like "who the hell is Blythe??" haha.. then I found out that it's a very cute doll with HUGE head. So now you should know why he said I look like her...

Coincidently, miss lain asked me about this doll early in the morning. Then q-line also told me that she saw a doll that's very cute and wanna show me the pic! Well, both referring to Blythe! haha.. so I guess I've to go check it out coz haven't got a chance to see the real Blythe!

I think the one in the picture is nice! Sexy but at the same time also quite innocent maybe?? hehe..

As I was reading omie's blog.. I just recalled something... I missed my dad's birthday!!! It was his birthday yesterday! argh, how could I forget his birthday!!! I didn't even see him yesterday, coz Monday he'll never miss his badminton games and usually will be home late (ouch) I think I'll go get him something later.. but not sure what to get... (unsure)

Had breakfast at a kopitiam near Asian Heritage Row this morning. Nice old kopitiam that makes me feel like I'm in outskirts! haha.. ordered ½ boiled egg, toast with butter and kaya, white coffee and chinese-style chicken chop. Nice!

After breakfast, having no place in mind to go, I ended up in Sungei Wang shopping! From my subject, guess you can tell what I bought... a WHITE towel-feel shopping bag, sandals, apple GREEN pants, yet another WHITE blouse, shocking pink spaghetti strap top and a toe ring! (unsure) so "suee"

By evening, I'm done with shopping.. shopped till I drop! Just in time to go home to prepare dinner for the monsters... my all time favorite olio sauce fettuccine (cool)

I think this is a good one.. coz sometimes when we're down, the more we think of it, the more down we'll be! So, instead of thinking all the negative thoughts, we should just try this! haha..

Another one that is good is that when someone dumped you, instead of blaming yourself, we should just get over it, walk out the door and shout "NEXT!" (w)

OK, enough for the day.. I'm just so tired of patching! The entire week is about patching. Just hope that we don't screw anything up or else the blame will be back to me! suee the patcher! Thinking of 360 and hotfix make me sick! (p)

My team bought 3 cakes (Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Indulgence, Chocolate Banana) from Secret Recipe for this month's birthday celebration! Crazy! Just because there are 3 people celebrating birthday this month, they're getting each one a cake (p) Now still have a lot of leftovers at the pantry...

Think next month I'll get to choose my cake! woohoo! (delight)

Argh!!! Just found out that I accidentally synchronized all the appointments that I created for testing purposes to the live portal! Now I've 70+ appointments that I've to delete... ONE-BY-ONE! Sigh... can't just leave them there coz it's all rubbish! Luckily didn't write anything bad/rude.. hehe..

I'm really bored with my work. Every damn tiny lil thing also needs to be patched. Setting of priority no longer serves a purpose, coz everything is URGENT!

Spent the afternoon doing this.. first attempt, forgot to cut the corner of the face to make it not so blunt! So, it actually looked really square. Then, I tried to color the corner red to make it more rounded.. and the results? It looked like a burnt tv!!

Had a drink at La Bodega Lounge, Bangsar yesterday nite. First time there.. nice cozy lounge! We had Sangria and was introduced to this Taboo board game. Played before? Kinda exciting game whereby each were given a minute to try to get your team members to say the word in the card without saying some words that directly linked to that word. The results, my team lost (ouch)
