It's merdeka eve today! We're given the option to come to work early and leave early coz there'll be road closure as usual. Won't be staying in KL for the merdeka celebration coz don't wanna be stucked in the jam after the celebration!

Yesterday, I went back to my ex-company to help them to configure back the system. They moved to new office few months ago and the new office is cool! Check this out! This is the reception area...



I miss all my colleagues there.. though a lot left. I miss my boss.. the smelly cheese! hehe.. poor fella, always got bullied by me!

Sky is still dark.. drove to office at 6:40am and reached at 7am today. Traffic was damn smooth... Network has been like shit lately that we're given the option to work on shift. So I chose to work from 7am - 4pm. Only 2 hours difference and I don't get to go out for breakfast! hehe.. anyway, this is only temporary till the ISP solve the network problem.

I failed to cut down on "junk food" yesterday coz my colleague gave me this! How can I resist...

Damn, more and more people saying that I put on weight! Oh no.. not a good sign... face getting more and more squarish/rounded, tummy bulging!!

I don't want to be back like the time I was in Delft.. that time I was chubby! Sigh.. I know I munch a lot.. I've to cut down on JUNK FOOD!!

My "resolution" for the coming month:
- no junk food
- no oily food
- less carbo
- cut down on vitamin 'B'

OK, I sound silly.. sorry, haven't been doing much the whole day today coz the network is crawling like a snail!!! Since all our work are web-based, basically we're like shaking leg in the office! Sigh.. but then I think I can leave at 6pm sharp today! Hooray!! Something to look forward to!

Got myself an anklet during lunch just now. Axxezz is having sale and my anklet only costs me RM5.95. Cheap!



Today is also a teamie's birthday. Bought a cake and celebrated quietly at our place. Why quietly? Coz one of them is too afraid to have us singing them birthday song loudly in the pantry.. Here, the 3 celebrating birthday this month...

Went Cats Whiskers yesterday and got myself a colorful tube top. Ya, finally a brighter color top added to my wardrobe. Was trying to choose between an ocean blue velvet-like tube top and also the colorful 60s-feel tube top. hmmm.. tough choice, but I ended up getting this!

Also, I found err.. I dunno what is it called.. ball cake?? You know, those tiny 'lil rounded bun-like biscuit?? I know there's one called Wang-Wang Ball Cake.. but it's more expensive! This, I got it from the pasar malam! :D lemme take a pic of it and show u..

Partied yesterday nite, now feelin' sleepy and bloated. Had 5 bottles of Bacardi Limón. Broke few glasses, wet few poor fella (incl. me)! Didn't drink much and also didn't enjoy much coz I left before 12. Well, it's hungry ghost festival.. and ya, I'm freaking scared of ghost! So it's better to leave early than to stay till late and drive home alone, having those eerie feelings that I might see "something"! (ermm) pheww.. reached home just before 12! haha.. do I sound like a chicken? I do believe in ghost.. I've a fren that can see those "thingy" and she warned me not to go out at nite! Better be safe than sorry (bag)

Anyway, if it's not because of the festival also I didn't enjoy much either. Maybe because when I go out drinking or partying, all I want is just to relax and enjoy myself and not having too many restrictions like constantly people telling you what to do.. people watching you.. ya, maybe its for my own good, but too much of 'em spoil the fun I guess! hehe...

Today is chinese 14th of 7th month. It's hungry ghost festival. Scary... eerie.. but I'll still be going out tonite! I'll make sure I don't go back late coz I'm scared to drive alone at nite!

This is my all-time signature pasta, spicy olio sauce. ML, mine have more ingredients than your garlic + olive oil pasta. Here..



From the pics, you can roughly tell what's inside... capsicum, zucchini, turkey ham, garlic, black pepper, chili pepper, fettucine and of course OLIVE OIL. So ML, next time try this ya! Put more ingredients! Think the next time I'll put scallop + garlic! But that'll be only for myself! haha.. coz scallops are too expensive (ermm)
