Just back from happy hour... feeling blur. Didn't drink much (I guess) but somehow feeling blur. Luckily I managed to crawl my way home... my eyes are dry.. can't see things clearly.. and I nearly miss some steps and fell down. awww... can hardly open my eyes... goodnite buddies..

Watched this movie yesterday. Ya, old movie. Confusing in the beginning but later found that it's about love and obsession. The "friend" that went all out to be with the guy that she loves and the guy that dumped everything just to look for his long-lost love. Unbelievable what people can do for love...

Damn, my red eye infection has now moved from left to right! My left eye recovered last week.. thought I can wear back my contact lens. Yesterday, it's back again! ..and it's now my right eye! Red, swollen, greenish discharge... when will they go away?!?!

I've not been having my favourite COFFEE for more than a week coz I'm still on medication! It's killing me... I've already thrown my contact lens, the dispenser and changed my towel... what else??? aarrggghhhhh...............

The show was superb! They're just ggrrrrreeaat..! *two thumbs up*

I'm happy. Long lost friend called, meet up with him and had a good chat...

Lazy Sunday... a day to just rest and relax at home but at nite, I'll be going for STOMP! It'll be their last show tonite... can't wait!

I've been staying at home for the past 2 days. Today that I'm back to work, they had this fire drill evacuation exercise early in the morning! I'm just so "lucky".... walked down 34 floors, took about 15 minutes. Reached the ground with my legs still shaking and gathered at the park for an hour! Luckily the weather wasn't too hot today!

I'm watching Malaysian Idol Grand Finale now. Wonder who'll be the next idol...

This is Roti-bakar. He's blur, he's lost and he definitely has no idea why he's here! Well, wanted it to be bigger but since I'm struggling with the sewing machine, I can only make it tag size... just like my tv tag. I can now have a slice of toast hanging to my bag!

Watched Bon Jovi's new mtv, Have A Nice Day over MTV today. Saw a lot of "me" in the mtv! hahaha.. everywhere in the mtv you'll see this square icon! Doesn't it look like those that I have in my blog?



I'm having eye infection since yesterday. Got off work early to see the doctor and never thought that I'll get 2 days off! Infectious... don't come near me.. and don't touch things that I touched before! Just in case you rub your eyes after touching it! Also asked my teamie to detox my place! haha..

Now resting @ home. Took out the sewing machine and wanted to sew a plushy. No luck! Guess I only know how to sew a straight line! I've problem sewing a round shape. Damn.. wasted my piece of felt!

I can finally login to my site again. What you guys missed? Lemme update...

Saturday
Appointed as unlicensed tour guide to bring a few colleagues from Delft to tour around KL. Initial plan was just for breakfast at a popular kopitiam but since we still have time and they would like to see more of KL on their last day here, we ended up driving them around.



Started off to Batu Caves. Did a very rude thing to them.. I forced one of them to pay the parking! haha.. how? I drove pass my window so that the back person can wind down the window and pay :P Entrance fee? Also paid by them... I'm so mean! I only been to Batu Caves once... more than 10 years ago! Back then was much nicer maybe because now they're doing some renovation.



Next, we headed off to Istana Negara (palace). hmm.. nothing much there. So just took some pics and off we go to the next destination, Thean Hou Temple.

My first time to this temple. Ya, a very well-known temple but I've not been there! Nice.. went to khau-chim (err..fortune telling??) what I got? err.. won't tell u here.. but it's not too bad!



Lastly, we went to Chinatown. Well, can't tell people that you've been to KL if you've not been to the Chinatown. Bought some chestnuts for them to try. Guess they liked it. One bought some t-shirts and can bargain better than us! He got a good price... RM120 for 4 t-shirts where the price that we bargained was RM140 for 4.

Tired and hungry.. it's time for early dinner. hmmm.. more like pre-dinner to us coz we're having potluck at nite to celebrate mooncake festival. Went in to Old China cafe. Very nice ambience.. good food.



OK, we're done for the day. All tired and I felt like a tourist myself! haha.. got home just in time to prepare for the potluck, grill chicken. Everyone was late and some are just as tired as we are... lanterns were just being hanged outside but overall, it was a great day!

Sunday
Went jamming the entire afternoon. It was great as I've not been playing the drum for some time! Kin-na-cheng brought along her 20 years Casio keyboard. The sound is still nice! Songs that we played? None that I know of coz we're not playing other people's songs. hmm.. more like independent music?? Good feel...

Finished work around 9pm yesterday.. and rushed to some shops to check out the lanterns. Found a really cute tiny 'lil fish lantern and asked the taukeh to take for me. The price? RM4.50.. expensive for such small lantern! Wanted to bargain till RM3 but he failed to give me a good price. So I end up going to another shop! hehe.. got myself this aeroplane lantern!



Maybe tonight I'm gonna try making a tv lantern! I've some wires at home.. need to get the colored paper (red + yellow) and personalize my own lantern!! Can't wait......
